Who We Are
The Nigeria Aquatic Federation (NAF) is the official governing body for aquatic sports in Nigeria, responsible for the growth, regulation, and promotion of swimming, diving, water polo, synchronized swimming, and open water swimming across the country. As an affiliate of both the International Swimming Federation (FINA) and the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), we are committed to raising the standard of aquatic sports, nurturing talent, and ensuring Nigeria’s presence on the global stage.
Since its establishment, NAF has worked tirelessly to create a sustainable framework for aquatic sports, fostering a new generation of athletes, coaches, and officials. We collaborate with schools, sports academies, and private organizations to provide training, organize competitions, and develop world-class facilities.
